What is BUINNE?
BUINNE is a solar lighting brand that makes solar post lights for driveways, gates, garden pillars, and entrance walls. Its lights use MPPT charging, a 5200mAh replaceable battery, and 304 stainless steel housings.
Where are BUINNE lights made?
BUINNE is based in Guzhen, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, and its lights are manufactured there. Guzhen is a lighting manufacturing centre that supplies much of the world's decorative lighting.
What does MPPT do in a solar post light?
MPPT holds the solar panel at its most productive voltage instead of letting the battery pull the panel down. The difference is small in full sun and larger in shade, at sunrise, and on short winter days.
How long is the BUINNE warranty?
Five years on the housing, solar panel, and mainboard with integrated MPPT controller and LED; three years on the built-in battery and the remote control. Coverage starts on the date of purchase.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. The battery pack, the LED and MPPT module, the display remote, and the mounting base are available as replacement parts. Covered parts are free during the warranty period, so contact support before ordering.
Does a BUINNE light need household wiring?
No. The light charges from its own solar panel and runs on an internal battery, so no household electrical connection is required. It needs a location where at least three hours of sunlight reaches the panel each day.
How do I contact BUINNE support?
Email support@buinne.com. BUINNE replies within 48 hours on business days. For warranty claims, include your order details, the light size, and a photo of the issue.
