What you choose to share

When you contact BUINNE, we collect the fields you submit, such as your email address, name, product model, message, optional order details, and any optional product photo. Our newsletter form collects your email address and your request to receive marketing emails.

How we use it

We use support information to answer your request, help identify compatible parts, assess warranty coverage, and follow up on the issue. General and business inquiries are used to respond to the relevant question or proposal.

Marketing is a separate choice

Submitting a support request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. The optional marketing checkbox starts unchecked. If you choose to subscribe, BUINNE may send lighting tips, product news, and offers. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing email or contact info@buinne.com. Marketing consent is not a condition of warranty support.

Services that process submissions

Netlify hosts this website and processes submitted forms. Authorized BUINNE personnel and service providers involved in responding to the request may process that information. If an email marketing service is connected, only subscribed contacts are intended for the marketing list. Amazon product links take you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Photos and payment information

Please upload product-only photos. Do not include card details, passwords, identity documents, or personal address labels. We do not collect payment card information on this site; product purchases are completed on Amazon.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support and warranty records. Contact info@buinne.com to ask about your submitted information, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to records that need to be retained.

Website technology

This version does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or browser storage for marketing. Hosting and form-processing services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. You can browse the product and educational pages without submitting a form.
