GUIDES & EVERYDAY KNOW-HOW

A clearer way
to get started.

Installation, remote settings, and a few checks when your light needs attention.

WATCH YOUR LIGHT'S DAILY ROUTINE

Daylight in. Evening glow.

No mechanical switch. Once unpacked and exposed to light, your light begins working in Auto mode. Allow a full sunny day of charging before first use.

A little passing shade? No need to worry.

MPPT helps make the most of available sunlight. With at least 3 hours of sunlight reaching the panel daily, the system can collect enough energy to keep your entrance lit until dawn.

Three hours is placement guidance, not a guaranteed runtime. Sun strength, weather, starting battery charge, selected brightness, and night length affect results. Avoid spots that stay shaded all day.

Set it after dark

Adjusting your light at night makes it easier to see your chosen brightness and color temperature.

Need to set it during the day?

Use the remote's Power button to turn the light on manually. Adjust your settings, then select AUTO to restore automatic dusk-to-dawn operation.

Your settings, remembered

The light remembers your remote settings. In AUTO, it repeats the daily cycle using your saved settings: off in daylight, on after dark.

Animation illustrates the daily routine. A passing shadow does not necessarily trigger night mode. Charging and runtime depend on available sunlight and battery charge.

01 / SETUP

A good start begins with the right spot.

1. Check the fit and sunlight

Measure your pillar top and check the mounting surface before ordering. The 12-inch light measures 12 × 12 × 5.5 inches; the 15-inch light measures 15 × 15 × 7 inches. Allow at least 3 hours of sunlight to reach the panel daily.

2. Secure the base

Use the included expansion anchors on a suitable mounting surface. For a no-drill alternative, use suitable exterior-grade silicone on a compatible surface and follow the adhesive manufacturer's preparation and curing instructions.

3. Attach the light

After the base is secure and any silicone has fully cured, attach the light and tighten its side screws. Keep wires clear and do not pinch them. Check that the assembly is stable.

4. Give it a full first charge

Allow a full sunny day of charging before first use. Test at night. Less available sunlight, longer nights, and higher brightness can reduce runtime.

A simple care routine

Wipe dust, leaves, and snow off the panel. Avoid persistent obstruction. IP66 protection supports outdoor use; the light should not be submerged. Fully charge before extended storage and recharge periodically, following product guidance.

02 / YOUR DISPLAY REMOTE

See the setting.
Choose the feeling.

Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included). Press a button to wake the display. Aim at the lights and operate within approximately 4 meters (13 feet); position, angle, and surroundings can affect response. Multiple lights can be controlled together within range.
